Founded in 2019 by Stephanie Wilkins and Bonnie Boiter-Jolley, the purpose of the Columbia Summer Repertory Dance Company is to provide dance experiences for local audiences and professional dancers who, due to the abbreviated seasons of Columbia’s professional dance companies, go without performance opportunities for half the year.

The 2019 season of the CSRDC was a test season engaging six dancers and choreographer Stephanie Wilkins who, after one month of rehearsals, offered a sold-out performance on August 17th. Covid-19 led to the suspension of the program in 2020 and a later than ideal start in fundraising for the 2021 summer season.

But the dancers are back in the studio now working on new choreography to bring to audiences for two nights -- August 13th and 14th at Trustus Theatre -- and they need your help making this season even more successful than the last. With the Jasper Project serving as a fiscal agent for the Columbia Summer Rep Dance Company, your contribution is also tax-deductible.
